The Blue Heat/PCI Opto adds optical isolation to the reliability and performance of the standard Blue Heat/PCI serial card, so your crucial data communications can continue without a hitch. This rugged product is able to take on the most demanding of environments, such as marine, industrial, aviation and rail yard conditions, without disruption. The Blue Heat/PCI Opto adapter offers 2 and 4 asynchronous RS-232/RS-485 serial ports, individually isolated at 3.0 kV AC* for data collection devices, barcode readers, time clocks, scales and other industrial equipment requiring rugged serial communications.
