- Fast. The RocketPort Universal PCI card is powered by Comtrol's exclusive RocketPort chip, integrating a dedicated 36Mhz processor that enables the card to transmit and receive data four times faster than standard UART technology—up to 460 Kbps full duplex across all ports simultaneously.
